I will leave you with an awesome water detox recipe:


2 lemons
1/2 cucumber
10-12 mint leaves
3 quarts water

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: Overnight or 8 hours
Yields: 10-12 glasses


1. Slice cucumber and lemons.  Place in the bottom of the pitcher.   Toss in mint leaves. Add water

2. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Coconut Water


I have fallen in love with coconut water (with pineapple to be more specific). It’s thoroughly hydrating and it gives me an energy boost! VitaCoco didn’t have pineapple today so I chose this FOCO brand. I’m glad to say it was just as good! There are a few flavors you may have to try before it grows on you (I can’t stand the fruit punch one). But it’s worth discovering which one you do like! Try it!

Warm Lemon Water


I’ve just come to find out the amazing benefits of warm lemon water! I skipped my morning coffee and had this  instead and can I say I felt instant results?! I clearly have boosted energy and it has even curbed my hunger. I’ve started dieting so I will be drinking 2 cups of warm lemon water in the morning and a light lunch followed by a sensible dinner.

I will definitely keep you updated on this new venture!
